By engaging GJ Realty's services and making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
1. General No-Refund Policy
All payments made to GJ Realty are strictly non-refundable. Once a service engagement is confirmed and any portion of work has commenced — including but not limited to concept development, scripting, scheduling, production coordination, shoot execution, post-production, or any creative development — no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Nature of Creative Services
GJ Realty provides bespoke digital and creative video production services. These services involve the irreversible deployment of time, skilled labour, equipment, and proprietary creative resources. As such, they are inherently non-returnable and non-refundable by their nature.
3. Change of Mind & Client-Side Changes
No refund will be issued on account of a change of mind, change in project scope, change in business circumstances, or dissatisfaction arising from the client's failure to provide accurate, complete, or timely project briefs. The client is solely responsible for providing correct information, approving creative directions, and ensuring project readiness prior to production.
4. Cancellations
Before production begins: A non-refundable administrative and planning fee of 30% will be retained. The remaining balance may be applied as a credit toward future GJ Realty services within 6 months. No cash refund will be issued.
After production has begun: No refund, credit, or partial compensation of any kind will be issued.
5. Sole Exception — Leads Package Guarantee
The only exception to this no-refund policy applies exclusively to the Leads Package. If GJ Realty fails to deliver the guaranteed minimum of 500 verified leads within the agreed campaign period, the client shall be entitled to a 50% refund (₹25,000) of the Leads Package fee.
This refund will be processed within 15 business days of a verified shortfall being confirmed through our CRM system. This guarantee and associated refund clause applies only to the Leads Package and to no other service offering.
6. Force Majeure
GJ Realty shall bear no liability and no refund shall be due for any failure or delay in delivery of services arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, platform outages, third-party supplier failures, or any other events outside our direct control.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting GJ Realty and allowing a minimum of 10 business days for resolution constitutes a breach of this agreement. GJ Realty reserves the right to contest any such chargeback and to pursue recovery of all associated fees, costs, and damages.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall first be subject to a good-faith negotiation period of 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Indian law shall govern this policy.
